to eat some orange chicken but, all chinese food restaurants were closed, and nothing else would satisfy me. Then when I woke up, I was all mad at myself because I shouldn’t be eating orange chicken! That shit aint healthy! Anyways I just had some egg whites with mixed veggies and watched the News. Damn this weather, it’s way too cold!
I had a great workout today :) fuck yeah I’m happy! & My dad fixed the treadmill so I don’t have to run in the cold anymore. I look ridiculous wearing a beanie with my ponytail sticking out. But, it’s the only way my ears don’t freeze to death! Eeek Core Synergistics tommorow! Let’s do this! & I think I’ll do some extra cardio after ;)? Oh wassup! A thing I don’t like about week 4 is YOGA X! You think Yoga would be somewhat relaxing? Yoga X is my least favorite workout -____- All other workouts I can stand but, doing it twice a week..BUMMER Instead I rather just run 3 miles and do my medicine ball dvd. yEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
haha I feel your pain, I've been stuck writing papers for this awful 18 century lit class I stumbled into.. such a bad choice. And yess yay for us, 3 weeks and goin strong :D I've watched the videos so much I'm hearing the little phrases Tony says in my head... 'that's where the moneyyyy is, gettem upp!' ahaha. How ya holding up? I had a great thanksgiving - lotsa stuffing lost of turkey ^^ .. allmoost missed a workout on that day, but squeezed it in some how... how was youuuur thanksgiving? =)
ahhahah lets get rid of that goo! He’s so cheesy! I’ve been doing good. I didn’t really “bring it” that much last week on my exercises. But, today I did so I’m happy :) Thanksgiving was alright, I didn’t really eat that much since I had the stomach flu or something the day before :P But, overall I had a good time with my family :)
& tommorow is my week 4 of p90x. I kind of want to do doubles starting week 5 instead of lean. Since I’ll have a lot more time I feel like I’m not doing enough cardio. I know I need to run a lot more to lose my tummy. Atleast I had a good run today but, my ears were just so cold :P. So windy in California today -_____________-
I was distracted by topless boys, alright now I’m off to run! ;] Seriously though topless boys. WAIT topless boys with abs. *Drools***** more motivation to run though, once summer comes awww shitttttttt! I also don’t want to drink that much either, even though I hardly drink. I should really give that up atleast until my p90x is over!
do some of my essay, then 3 mile run. Even though it’s rest day for p90x I haven’t really been bringing it much. My stomach still feels a bit twacked out :p. I need more fiber! Tommorow I must be super on it and not half assing my exercise. On another note, I’m excited that this semester is almost over. My last day of school is December 8th :) & I won’t be back until January 19th. I have so much free time to get so fit! AKA have more time to workout and do some extra cardio! PLUS hang out with my non-existant friends and read more books and have more photoshoots :) yay!
